Delivery

Orders will be delivered within 15 working days (3 weeks).

Care & Maintenance

Remove dust with a soft dry cloth or duster. Spills, mud and other materials can be removed easily with a sponge using water and a neutral soap. The use of specialty leather cleaners and protectors are encouraged to keep your Inpelle Leather mats looking like new. Do not use abrasive products, solvents, chemicals or aggressive stain removers. Allow your leather floormats to dry after maintenance. Enjoy your Inpelle mats for years to come.

3 Years Warranty

Inpelle Leather strives to produce the highest quality leather found in the market, and we stand behind our products. Each and every leather product we sell comes with a 3 Years Warranty. Every effort has been made to research, develop and test our products for use. Please be aware that no warranty exists for products used for purposes other than their intended use, and is not valid for normal wear and tear. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase, provided the product has not been subject to abuse or misuse in its use or installation. Warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, lack of maintenance, accident, abnormal operation or care. The warranty is non-transferrable.
All warranty claims require proof of purchase and must be approved by an authorized representative of Inpelle Leather.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping to Inpelle Leather. Upon receipt of product we will inspect item and examine warranty claim. Any warranty claim will be compensated simply by replacement of product. No additional fees will be
reimbursed with warranty. At Inpelle we strive for excellent customer service and, to that end, each and every warranty claim will be individually evaluated.

Returns

Customer Service is a top priority for Inpelle Leather, and we will always strive to satisfy our customers’ needs. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we allow returns made within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of our product, by following the guidelines below.
All return orders could be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Orders that are cancelled before shipment could be subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee. Any product that is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping of the product both ways.
Customers must carefully choose the correct vehicle, mat color and finish because our custom mats can be returned only for a replacement of equal or greater value. These items are custom made for each order to specific vehicle requirements.

Returns Procedure

Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization We cannot accept any item for return without a valid RMA number from an authorized representative of Inpelle Leather. Please call us Toll Free at 1-855-400-5556 or email us at ecommerce@inpelle.net with reason for return.
Customer MUST return item in original UNUSED condition We cannot accept any return that is not in its complete and sellable original packaging.
Return packages must be sent prepaid.
